- Paul & I bought the Agency in 1997
- Our daughter, Amber Kaufman of Aliquippa, works with us
- We also work with our son-in-law, Jeff Bott, who is married to our oldest daughter, Brandi
- We hope that some of our grandchildren will continue with our family-owned business
