My name is Amber Kaufman I work here at The McCartney Agency. I am a licensed insurance agent and a notary public. Also, I am a title agency with the state of Pennsylvania. I specialize in homeowners, renters insurance, and helping people with Penndot. I help with the title work and with the transfers, even out-of-state transfers, into Pennsylvania.
